BFOIY3 Ranger Steve Horowitz

History
Steve grew up in an orphanage, never knowing his real parents. When he grew out of there, he took up various odd jobs, including being an assistant of a Team Rocket poacher. Seeing as he made more money in the poaching business, he became a poacher himself (though not affiliated with Team Rocket). However, an incident with a Luxray caused him to have a change of heart. One night, he was trying to hunt down a Luxray when he made a fatal mistake. Alerting the Luxray to his location, the Luxray pounced Steve, tore part of his left forearm off and gouged his right eye. Surprisingly, that Luxray never dealt Steve the killing blow and ran off into the night. Knowing by all accounts that he should have died, and was shown mercy by the beast he was trying to kill, he gave up poaching and turned himself in. After spending some time thinking in prison, he decided to try and be a ranger to make up for his past activities as a poacher. That's exactly what he did after being released, and so begins his tale...

Rank 2: Steve so far has had much trouble integrating to the ranger lifestyle. He feels he has no place with the rangers, and his past traumas have come back to haunt him more than once, keeping him from promotion at least twice. While his motivation has whittled, he is still determined to stick with the rangers...at least for while longer.

Personality
Steve is very polite, due to dealings with his past clients. However, he's a bit of a recluse and will usually keep to himself. During the day, Steve gets slightly more irritated than usual, but will still try to be polite. At night, Steve is more amicable and approachable.

Pokemon
Partner
The Duskull was one of the first pokemon Steve has encountered. Noticing the cracks on his skull, he felt some connection to it and they became friends. Very active at night and docile during the day, Partner does what he can to help Steve in his Ranger assignments and loves to sneak up on people.

Additional Facts
-The prosthetic arm is waterproof and made of very durable plastic. However, due to the metal components inside, it is slightly heavier than his right arm. 
-Steve is right handed and will always use his right hand for activities that require finesse. His left prosthetic is as strong as his right arm and very responsive to Steve's brain signals. He can use his styler with either hand.
-His capture line color is the standard blue.
